The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube (Google) and TikTok for video upload functionality. By connecting your accounts, you authorize the Service to upload content on your behalf. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service.
You are solely responsible for any content uploaded through the Service. The Service does not review, moderate, or take responsibility for content published to third-party platforms via this tool.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Elderheim team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
