OAuth tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Session data is stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon via Netlify.
The Service integrates with the following third-party services:
Video files are uploaded directly from your browser to the platform APIs and never pass through our servers. We only store OAuth tokens and upload metadata.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect platform accounts at any time, which deletes the associated OAuth tokens. Upload history is retained for record-keeping purposes.
You can disconnect any linked platform account at any time from the Uploads page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact the Elderheim team administrator.
