1. Information We Collect

When you use ElderAdmin, we collect the following information:

• Discord account information (username, avatar, email) via OAuth2 login
• YouTube account information (channel name, channel ID) when you connect your account
• TikTok account information (display name, avatar) when you connect your account
• Video metadata you provide (titles, descriptions, tags) when uploading content

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage access to the admin panel
• Connect to third-party platforms for video upload functionality
• Display your profile information within the admin interface
• Track upload history and status

3. Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Session data is stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon via Netlify.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Discord — for authentication
• YouTube (Google) — for video uploads
• TikTok — for video uploads

Video files are uploaded directly from your browser to the platform APIs and never pass through our servers. We only store OAuth tokens and upload metadata.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect platform accounts at any time, which deletes the associated OAuth tokens. Upload history is retained for record-keeping purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can disconnect any linked platform account at any time from the Uploads page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact the Elderheim team administrator.
